Thumbs up Did Guru Pitka enlighten you?

Wow, that was a great show. Mike Myers make-up and character was awesome. I got to see him do a little Pitka at last weeks TINY SPECTACULAR @ The Magnet. This was even better. I walked all the way home singing his theme song, lol.

What amazed me most about the show was how real he played the character. I went into the show just expecting to laugh, but by the end I was marvelling at how much he actually knew about the various subjects he was asked about.

And the acronyms were impressive. GOD, BIBLE, and BLOWME!

Actually, I went into the show not expecting to get in. A big Mariska Hargitay to the Magnet for working hard to fit all of us in!

Don't forget COCK. "Sometimes you give it and sometimes you get it right here!"

His reaction to the guy from Scotland was hilarious.

I can definitely see this as a weekly call-in television show.

Default Love the Easy Button! So Jealous

They should have never cut this character from Austen powers II. It would have been funny. Glad to see he is trying to develop him further.

Agreed. There were a couple of nanoseconds where you could hear traces of "his" voice, but 99.9% of the time, he was Guru.

What did C-O-C-K stand for?

Default Guru Pirka Re-Run

Hey for those of you that missed the global teachings of the Guru Pitka, it appears that the magnet is having another show on Friday right after ECHO's last show. Man, this time it looks like they are being a little more stricter (sp?) about the reservations. Oh well, I guess it is fairer for everyone.

can't wait to see both shows again =-)
